Appearance: Tall and some-what thin, Enma stands over six feet tall. At the age of 26 it appears that Enma will grow no taller however, reaching over six feet he is decently tall for most adults. His limbs are athletically built and his muscles are quite defined. Though most people would not be able to tell this as he keeps himself covered in black articles of clothing which make him appear even more thinner. Even though he spends a fair amount of time outside his skin color is quite pale similar to that of a cliché vampire. His white/silvery hair is quite long but is always tied up into a messy ponytail with bangs hanging next to his jaw. Many say he looks a bit prissy for a ninja with his hair and near flawless and young complexion however, Enma pays no attention to comments like that.

Enma possesses normal glasses he wears over his natural deep blue eyes. Though the glasses are not a necessity he prefers to wear them to better improve his eyesight and he believes it makes him look less threatening. Under his Kage's robe he normally wears a religious outfit consisting of a black cloak, overcoat, pants and shoes, with a silk undershirt and many other religious symbolic accessories. His black cloak only reaches to about his thigh and it's collar is usually folded high up. The cloak also has two silver shoulder guards with a symbolic cross on each. Enma's overcoat nearly reaches his kneecaps however he keeps that and his pants well kept with two large black double buckled belt. The overcoat's collar has two bronze colored metallic religious collars (similar to that of catholic priests). His black pants do not have as many stitched in crosses unlike his cloak however, it is made of silk for comfort. Also, he posses white wool gloves with a stitched in cross symbol he constantly wears.

Enma possess many tattoos all over his pale body. His most prized tattoo is his dark angel wings, which can be located on his back. The wings start from under his back shoulder blades and extends all the way down near his posterior region. Enma also posses a tattoo of a bat located on his right pec. The tattoo is not very large in size and not very detailed however, Enma is able to flex his pecs to make it appear as if his bat is flying. Finally he has a tattoo of a black dragon winding around both of his arms. The dragon is not very detailed and was only composed of black ink. Though he has four tattoos in all, most people have never seen any of his tattoos, as he believes his art would be compromised if he showed them off and it would ruin his prayer boy image.

Personality: Enma appears to be foolish, silly and goofy, seemingly completely unfit for his Hokage position to most people. The main reason Enma acts this way is to forget about his past actions he took in the second war. He normally complains about all the paperwork he must do as Hokage and constantly ditches his duties as Hokage for other things. Whether they be stranger or friend Enma will continue to act goofy as long as the situation is not to tense. As Hokage, many complain and believe he is unfit to hold his position with an attitude like that. Though he acts goofy most of the time, as a well trained ninja Enma constantly pays close attention to his surroundings.

Enma's most major weakness is his lecherous nature and inability to control himself when he sees a truly gorgeous female. This causes Enma to escape from his office to spy on females using the Konoha hotsprings. With his years of experience and ninja skills he has been able to spy on unsuspected female pray while being caught only once. However, his lecherous behavior does not stop with spying on females he will also make sexual advances and comments to females he believe are attractive. Though he holds his tongue in most cases there are many times in which he has made completely sexist or ridiculous proclamations of love towards a female (even from different countries).

Though not shown very often Enma has a serious side. When in times where seriousness is an absolute, Enma will stop his ridiculous behavior and get serious. During The Second Great Shinobi War Enma constantly acted like this as he needed to and he was working on most of his curse seal experiments and acting childish would only weaken his heart. Anyone can get Enma to act this way simply by just mentioning The Second Great Shinobi War, or what he did during the war. Though he is sometimes haunted by the images of the war he is constantly feeling less compassion toward the images. Enma fears he is losing his mortality and becoming an emotionless monster.

During battle he will also become serious and sometimes cocky. As an experienced ninja he knows what to do under pressure, never panicking in battle. Though in cases where he uses his curse seals his blood lust becomes almost uncontrollable, wishing to kill all his enemies and in some cases drink their blood. The urge to drink people's blood mainly happens when Enma is immortal with Jashin and also has the curse seal active. While immortal Enma will fight less cautiously than normal and use his immortality as a Kamikaze/self sacrificing fighting style. Usually taking blunt damage to get close to his enemies and kill them. Many who know Enma would not expect him to act like this and thus, anyone who sees him in that form for the first time are normally shocked.

Quote :: Character's History: Enma born within the confines of the Will of Fire Temple to a refugee mother. As his mother was homeless the monks of the Will of Fire Temple took her in where she later gave birth two months later. Sadly his mother died during child birth and the monks would have to raise him. As he had no mother the monks gave him his spiritual name Enma, named after the ruler of the Underworld. It was not to signal he was evil, it was to show how they believed how Enma would someday guard and protect his people. Not known to them that their prediction was correct as he would someday become Hokage.

By the age of seven Enma began his tutelage to become a monk of the temple. He worked hard, meditated daily, read religious books and practiced his calligraphy often. At first Enma was upset he had to do so much work however, his favorite part was calligraphy. He did not like calligraphy however, he did like drawing with the ink. For a child his drawings were extremely detailed and his skills with brush did not only stop with drawing he was also gifted in calligraphy even though he did not enjoy it. By the age of ten Enma became a master calligrapher and was able to draw some of the most beautiful and detailed pictures with only basic tools. His skills with the brush impressed the monks so much that they began his true training in the art of Fuuinjutsu early. The monks helped teach Enma how to create seals, while he still continued his other trainings. Enma at first did not understand the concept of how to create a seal or even how to release one. However, as time progressed Enma was slowly beginning to understand how seals worked and how to create them.

At thirteen Enma was beginning to work on much more complicated and elaborate seals. His daily chores were beginning to be diminish as the monks began to concentrate on his sealing skills. Enma would have to put his dreams of painting aside and still found time in the day to paint, whether it be pitch black or one of his few breaks in the day to eat. However, the monks strict schedule for the boy only left Enma so much time in the day he could paint and his schedule would be getting longer soon as the monks would be teaching him a new ninpo, Kekkaiton. Normally the monks would not show a boy how to generate barriers until he reached a mature age and had dedicated himself to the gods however, Enma's great talents with sealing jutsus only showed how intelligent and gifted he was and how he may be able to master barrier techniques. The monks saw how he enjoyed drawing and instead removing all of his free time they replaced his sealing classes for his new training.

To begin his barrier training Enma was taught how chakra worked and what is was composed of. Knowing how chakra worked Enma would know how chakra could be used and manipulated to generate barriers. Thus, before he could build a barrier he must have to learn how to control his chakra. Chakra training took quite some time however, with control of his chakra he was granted a new gift with his drawings. Enma's drawings always looked as if they were real and could leap off the page but with his chakra manipulation that is exactly what happened. One day from returning from his barrier lesson Enma began sketching with his ink and there he had an idea to place his chakra into the ink to see if he could animate his drawings the same way he created his barriers. With his past training he knew that different elements would require different chakra and thus he could not just animate his pictures as if he was creating a barrier. It took Enma only six tries to get one of his pictures to take life. His first ever picture he animated was the image of a raven. It took quite a few years for Enma to become an expert at both creating barriers and animating his pictures. Once he had become an expert on both and was already a talented seal creator they knew he was ready to join their brethren. However, it was Enma would had to decide if he would join them and not just simply live under them. It took quite some time for Enma to agree to join them.

On his seventeenth birthday Enma wished to join his fellow brothers under the eyes of the gods, though he would refuse to shave his head. On that day he joined the brotherhood by accepting every god whether they appear good or evil as his god, swearing an oath to do no harm and finally passing a series of trials. At last Enma was a true monk living by their code and no longer had to take classes or any training sessions, he was finally looked at as an adult. Enma still continued his daily religious reading and meditations however, he had much more responsibility around the temple.

Enma was only 19 years old when the Second Great Shinobi War started due to the destruction of Iwa's bridge. The start of the war meant everyone's lives would change, even the ones' of the peaceful monks. Many of the monks including Enma left the temple to help spread aid across the Land of Fire. However, Enma did not leave to help smaller villages in need, he left to become a ninja within Konohagakure, he hoped that as a ninja he would be able to help others while at the same time become stronger. It took Enma quite a while to become a true shinobi within the Leaf, as the Village Leader had to make sure Enma was who he said he was and not a spy. Enma was accepted but was given the rank of Genin as he never accomplished a mission within Konoha, it did not matter to Enma as he wanted to help his country in this dire time.

As a shinobi with skills to create seals and barriers he was mainly set out on protection missions, and missions in which he had to deliver coded messages to Konoha's allies' and was promoted to Jounin within a two years as he accomplished every high ranked mission perfectly. However, Konohagakure was beginning to lose some of their territories and needed all their sealing masters including Enma to create powerful seals to give them the advantage in the war. Thus, Enma no longer had much missions most of his time he and his fellow sealing masters were working on developing new and powerful seals. Enma was working on creating a seal that would enhance a person's speed strength and regeneration, while working on this seal he used animals, ninja prisoners from other countries and himself as guinea pigs. Enma was greatly apposed to using live humans for his test subjects and tried to use only animals for the beginning discovery process. However, he would later be forced to use his living human subjects as guinea pigs.

While working he discovered an enzyme that was breeding within an enemy ninja he had injected with animal cells and placed a seal on. The enzymes were giving him a physical increase and even allowed him to heal much quicker. After removing as much enzymes from the shinobi as he could he was suppose to kill him and begin studying how the enzyme worked. But Enma could not kill a human purposely and allowed him to live. The patient thanked Enma for showing him kindness but pleaded for his death as he could not control his animal impulses. Enma could not deny his request and tried to kill him by injecting a small amount of air into his bloodstream which would kill any normal man. To his surprise the injection did not kill the patient. Enma asked why he did not die from the injection and the patient began cursing himself for being stupid enough to sign the contract. Talk of a contract excited Enma's curiosity and asked him to elaborate. The patient told him of a contract he had within his books which agreed for as long as he killed he would stay immortal and as long as they acknowledged Jashin as their god. Enma looked through the man's personal belongings which were given to him once Enma received him as a test subject. He saw the book and read the contents inside it. Enma thought that this could be the key to Konoha's success, an army of immortals. Enma wanted to try it out for himself and signed the contract with his own blood and as he already accepted all gods as his god to become a monk he had entered a contract with Jashin. After signing the contract he walked to the patient to ask how it worked as the contract was vague and half of the words were covered in blood and to his surprise he saw that he was dead. Enma simply thought that he lied about being immortal and not knowing that immortality had a time limit with Jashin. So he began to studying the enzymes and gave up his short dream of immortality

As he injected the enzyme within animals and other people he noticed how it demonstrated a symbiotic relationship, as it gave the person an increase in their skills but all had side effects, mainly dealing with increase aggression. Though he could not remove the side effects he was able to limit the side effects by placing and controlling the enzymes by a seal. With this new seal he and his fellow shinobis would be able to reclaim their land. Only after a few months of research he had perfected the seal and others just like it as best as he could and was ready to give his research to his Village Leader. Once he had showed off his research he was instantly praised and ordered to give as much of those seals to Konoha's most skilled shinobis. Enma expected that those who possessed the seals would defend Konoha however, they were sent out as a splinter group to attack other Countries. The whole reason he had created those seals were to defend Konoha not spread more havoc. In defiance of what was done he placed a seal on his arm and destroyed all of his research, he only kept his religious books. Many of the higher up shinobis were upset with his actions but instead of killing the shinobi the advisors of the Village leader sent him out on suicide missions.

Enma accomplished countless S-Ranked missions, missions which would of killed normal shinobis and with the more missions he accomplished the more fame he received. He survived these missions by using the seal he had placed on his arm however, Enma was begging to lose control while in the second state. His blood lust of an alter ego was so strong that he was lucky he had no partner to work with or he would of killed them while on the mission. Over a year passed and Enma was now 23 when he would receive his most deadliest mission. The village's best sealers, strongest shinobis, an army of of specially trained ninjas, the Village Leader and himself were sent to seal the Kyuubi. Konoha was given word that a new mysterious demon had appeared and has destroyed over three villages already. Also that the beast has made the Valley of End it's den and so they were sent there to seal it.

The battle between the Kyuubi and the Leaf Village ninjas lasted for hours, countless ninjas died trying to capture the beast. Most who ended up dieing where the ones who first approached the beats without knowing it's true abilities. As time progressed in this battle the elite shinobis launched an attack toward the beast to weaken it so the sealers could capture the beast. Their plan did not work cause once the sealers attempted to create their seal the Kyuubi saw through their plan and released a large shockwave of chakra to all who surrounded him. Rumors say that the shockwave was so strong that sensors who resided in Konoha could feel the aftermath of the powerful blow. The Village leader needed to protect himself and those were going to seal the beast within him, so he generated one of his strongest barrier around himself and the Konoha sealers. The other shinobis were unprotected and Enma knew he had to do something. He created the strongest barrier he could to protect his fellow shinobis. Enma did not generate one around himself as he did not have enough chakra and he though that he was far enough away to be unaffected by the blast. However, all those within the valley were blasted by the chakra wave, the barriers generated were not strong enough to block the attack but it was strong enough to endure most of the attack.

As Enma had no barrier to protect himself he took the full blunt of the Kyuubi's chakra wave. Though he protected himself from the blast with his arm and the blast was weakened as it traveled further away, Enma was greatly injured. After the blast Enma witnessed his left arm completely burnt, majority of the skin gone and even some parts were burnt all the way to the bone. He was experiencing excruciating pain and wanted it to go away and so he activated his seal. Enma entered his second state, a state he loses control of himself to his instinct of blood lust. The lesser injuries began to heal, and the pain was starting to become more bearable. With his new power he was ready to kill someone to fulfill his appetite for blood he was gonna kill one of his fellow Leaf ninjas or that demon, it did not matter to Enma at the time. However, before he could attack either of his targets he saw five shinobis over 20 meters away from him, on the brink of death. These people where the people he gave his seal to in the hopes they would defend the village not attack others. They were his mistake and he had to fix it. Though Enma did not want to kill him his alter ego did. Enma pleaded not to kill them as it was not the right thing to do as he was trying to gain control of his body. However, the personality he gained when using his seal stated that he wanted those ninjas to die and that was why they were hurt so badly while the other barriers Enma made protected the other ninjas. Though Enma preached righteousness he was full of revenge and that he was the one who wanted them to die, his true feelings where released in this state. It did not matter if his alter ego was right as he had full control of his body and with a few strikes he had killed all of his mistakes.

Once he killed the five seal holders Enma gained full control of his body again. With his enhanced power he grabbed hold of his damaged arm and ripped it completely out. With the removal of his arm came the removal of his power of the seal. Enma returned to his normal state feeling more pain before he used his seal. Blood began pouring from his limbs and the pain made him feel like he was going to pass out. Though horrified of what he had done, his shinobis were beginning to try another attempt to seal the beast and Enma needed to help. Enma began rushing over there trying to see what he could do but he was too late the plan was in action. The elite shinobis began attacking the Kyuubi again but from behind. The demon began charging towards them ready to kill the ninjas however, the sealers had set up a trap. Once the Kyuubi reached a certain point their group seal was activated, a large pentagram seal appeared beneath the demon restricting their movements so they had enough time to seal the demon. The demon was caught however, the fight was not over. The Kyuubi was beginning to release large bursts of chakra that was being released out the seal. To stop this the Village Leader created a spherical barrier around the Kyuubi to keep it's chakra in control. Though the barrier and seal kept most of the chakra restrained however, a large amount of chakra was still being released. Enma knew what he had to do to help his villagers. He generated his own barrier to defend the ninjas who were trying to seal the demon. This granted them enough time to seal the demon's body and soul into that of their Village Leader.

The mission was finally over and the loss of blood and chakra made Enma pass out with all the stress. When he finally awoke again he was in a Konoha hospital with a newly attached arm. The nurses asked Enma how he was still alive because, when he reached the hospital he had less than a pint of blood in his system. Enma had no idea how he was still alive. A few hours after the nurses left he remembered how he signed that contract long ago and how he killed those shinobis before he had passed out. But how did that man die if he was an immortal and then is when it hit him, it must be a time limit to how long you stay immortal. As Enma escaped the hospital people were saying good job to him and shaking his hand while others appeared scared of him. This confused Enma as he had no idea why everyone was acting so scared. Enma walked all the way to Konoha's Leader office to give his official mission report to one of his aides. There he asked why everyone was acting so weird around him and there he was told that rumors began to spread on how he singlehandedly fought the demon and how half his body was ripped off by the beast and yet he still survived as if he was a god or demon. With these rumors he was given countless nicknames such as Enma The Immortal. Over a few days Enma had become a local hero. Also that Konoha's leader has left the village with a few shinobis to conquer more land with his new power. Konoha was now being ran by his advisors. However, the advisors did want to talk to Enma.

A day later Enma did talk to the advisors who wanted to know how he survived losing nearly all his blood. Enma pretended that he had no idea how he survived and simply stated that he was lucky. After leaving their office he researched the book and contract he signed long ago to see how he survived. Though blood still covered half the words Enma just simply mixed the blood with his ink and with his control of ink he was able to remove the excess blood. There he was able to read about the rules of Jashin and all those who sign the contract. This secret would stay with Enma as last time he handed Konoha a secret they used it as a tool for war. Months passed and Konoha was beginning to win the war with the use of the Kyuubi however, only after eight months of using the demon as a tool of war the shinobi who had the demon was dead. The Kyuubi was also gone and there no trace of what happened.

After the death of the Village Leader and no true heir, Konoha retreated all their forces back to Konoha to defend their village in case any village used this as a reason to attack. The advisors had no idea who should become the new Village Leader and had to hold a rush conference with the Feudal Lord to make a decision. With the discussion of who should be the new Leader of Konoha, many names where thrown out even the name of Enma. The Feudal Lord too heard of the rumors of how Enma defeated the demon and thought most of the rumors were fact. With a split decision they decided that with their vote and the votes of all of Konoha's Jounin would be the way they chose the next Village Leader. With all the votes tallied in Enma was chosen to be the next Leader of Konoha. Many Jounins voted for him because of the rumors or because he had saved their life by creating a barrier to protect them. Though the advisors were upset with the decision, they had no choice but to accept Enma as their next leader.

Enma soon looked for a way to create peace as Leader of Konoha. Lucky for him Kiri and Kumo also wanted peace just as much. The lost of their Bijuus led to low morale and they began to hold peace agreements in different countries. Enma had fun traveling to other countries as he was able to enjoy the scenery and the different beautiful ladies there. Soon after a deal was struck and an official peace agreement was signed by all three parties involved. Though many in Konoha believed he was the reason why he was able to bring an end to their fighting it was not, as the other two villages were just as ready to end the senseless fighting. With the peace agreement Enma was considered the first ever Hokage and as Hokage, his villagers constructed monuments to him such as the Hokage Great Stone Faces and a monument in the Valley of End. Though after the peace agreement was struck Enma's reign as Hokage had become boring however, Enma continued to peak on women in a way to hide from his past and yet have fun. As time progressed many villagers have heard rumors of their Kage's perverse nature. Currently Enma continues his pervert nature by abusing his position as Hokage to sneak to certain locations without anyone knowing.
