Kawarimi no Jutsu

A basic substitution jutsu which allows the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. (Note, the object's weight must be approximately equal to the user.) This allows the ninja to quickly hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. This jutsu can not be used in places where it is impossible to escape, such as a cage and can not be used when a ninja is tied up. This jutsu may only be used three times in battle.
Kinobori no Waza

The ninja will first gather chakra into their feet, after obtaining enough chakra the ninja can scale walls, trees, etc..... vertically or upside down. Note, this jutsu may only be utilized on solid objects. Requires .5 chakra per post.
Suimen Hokou no Waza

Suimen Hokou no Waza is the evolution of Kinobori no Waza. Similar to Kinobori no Waza the user will first gather chakra into their feet. Once obtaining enough chakra the user is able to walk on the surface of water as if they were weightless, similar to a feather. Note, Genin rank ninjas must have at least Chakra Control Lvl 1 to utilize this technique. Requires .5 chakra per post.
Shunshin no Jutsu

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. Shunshin no Jutsu deals in high-speed movement, allowing a ninja to move from one location to another in an instant. To disguise their movements the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance, though a puff of smoke is the most commonly used form of cover. Depending on a ninja's level of speed will alter the effects of this jutsu.
* Lvl I: The user may use this jutsu to move once in two posts, without a chance of attacking or using a jutsu afterward. May not exceed 10 meters with one usage.
* Lvl 2: May be used once a post, without a chance of attacking or using a jutsu right after. May not exceed 15 meters with one usage.
* Lvl 3: May be used up to twice a post and able to attack once afterward. May not exceed 20 meters with one usage.
* Expert Lvl: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of one type of jutsu combo (Nin, Tai or Gen) afterward. May not exceed 25 meters with one usage.
*Master Lvl: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of using all forms of jutsu afterward. May not exceed 35 meters with one usage.
Genjutsu Kai

This technique allows the user to temporarily cease the chakra flow around their brain, this can be altered by placing their hands onto their ally to cease the chakra flow around the ally's brain. This will release the ninja of an A-Rank Genjutsu of any type. This technique can also release multiple Genjutsus note, when releasing multiple Genjutsus placed on a person the Genjutsus released can not exceed C-Rank. Any jutsu that maintains chakra will be canceled once this jutsu is in use (Up to C rank). Mandatory 11 chakra cost.
Chou Genjutsu Kai

This technique completely stops the chakra flow around their brain, this can be altered by placing their hands onto their ally to cease the chakra flow around the ally's brain. This will release the ninja of all types of Genjutsu of any rank. This technique can be used to release multiple Genjutsus of any type and of any rank. After performing this technique the user can not use any other techniques that post. Any jutsu that maintains chakra will be canceled once this jutsu is in use (Up to B rank). Mandatory 17 chakra cost.

While performing a Raiton technique the user will be able to change it's element into Ranton (Storm Release). This is done by performing an extra set of hand seals with the Raiton technique the shinobi is trying to convert.
Ranton Shougekiha

The user will first generate a thin barrier of Ranton around their body. Once the barrier has been formed the ninja will then move all the chakra in-front of their body and then release it towards their target in the form of a shock-wave. This shock-wave has the potential to completely paralyze anything it touches for the next two posts.
Ranton Reizaa Saakasu

The user will first form a hand seal to create and send out multiple (8) thin electrical bursts of laser-like lights. The user is able to manipulate their attack so it may bend towards their opponent and deliver an explosive charge upon impact.
Ranton Arashi no Tatsujin

The user will generate a laser-like beam from each of their palm. Each beam will bend and move similar to that of lightning. The user will be able to control each beam by moving their hand, to destroy anything the user wishes. Note, the user is unable to perform any jutsu that requires handseal while in use of this jutsu as it requires the user's hands to control. Costs 2 chakra per post.
Ranton Purazumabun

Sub-Type: Ranton

The user will generate a spherical barrier completely composed of Ranton around their body. This barrier of Ranton can allow the ninja to approach their target without fear of being damaged by incoming attack. Note, if anything does come in contact with this dome-shaped barrier it will be zapped with a force strong enough to quickly melt the strongest steel. Costs 2 chakra per post.
*Ranton Shīrudo Gyaku

A special jutsu that Scourge created during her time as a Rogue. The goal of this jutsu was to take out as many enemies as possible, so, using the same method to create a dome from Ranton Purazumabun, she managed to add her own twist. Rather then creating a dome for defensive means, Scourge will suddenly draw the dome in sharply. After taking in all of the energy, Scourge will then allow it to release, creating a sharp shock blast that can easily destroy steel. The blast reaches up to 10 meters and cause some serious damage.

A technique utilizing the fundamentals of manipulating gravity. The ninja will intensify a small area directly in front of their body, strong enough to force incoming projectiles to the ground.
Juuton Bukigyaku

The ninja will alter the gravitational force around their body, to pull in any nearby projectiles around the user's body, similar to a planet's gravitational orbit. The projectile will then be sent back to the user's target, with extreme velocity.

The shinobi will gather chakra into the palm of their hand, they will then throw their hand forward. The sudden movement will shoot the chakra from the hand to slam into the opponent painfully. The jutsu has enough force to crack ribs or throw somebody off their feet.

A technique in which the ninja will alter the gravitational force of the surrounding area. The atmospheric pressure will be weak enough similar to that of the moon's, making it appear as if everyone and everything in the area is extremely light making most physical damage much weaker. This jutsu lasts for seven of the user's posts.

A jutsu that is similar to Juuton Kujikuhara, but instead of making everything extremely light, the user causes the atmospheric pressure to increase sharply. This will crush weaker opponents to the ground, and make moving very difficult. Only those who display a higher level of strength are able to bypass the effects of this jutsu. The jutsu effects everyone but the user.

After the user comes into physical contact with their opponent, the user will generate lightning chakra from their body. The user will then release a bolt of electricity which will travel through their body into the body of their opponent causing the target numbness.

The user generates lightning chakra from their body and then expels a powerful lightning bolt from their mouth, strong enough to blast through concrete.
Raiuu Mouko

After gathering a large amount of lightning chakra in their hand, the user will create a large wolf made of lightning to attack their target. The lightning will run from the user's hand to the wolf itself like a leash, limiting its range (10 meters) and grant the user control of the wolf.

The ninja will spit out a large amount of lightning from their mouth that will form a wall that will act as a barrier for incoming attacks, and can also paralyze targets caught within it's barrier.

The user will generate lightning chakra from their body unto the ground, traveling to their target moving at an alarming rate. Once the lightening current reaches the target it will envelop the target and capture them within a dome-like prison made of lightning chakra. If anything comes in contact with the dome it will instantly be shocked causing complete numbness throughout the nervous system.

Shikumi no Jutsu is a technique used to completely stun an opponent(s). If the target(s) look into the eyes of the ninja, their mind is suddenly bombarded with intense visions of their own brutal killing. This results in their body going into shock and paralysis, making it nearly impossible for the target(s) to move.
Kokuangyou no Jutsu

If the ninja is able to silently get close enough behind their target, the user may use their assassins skills to instantly slice the throat of their target before they can provide an effective defense. This attack is one of the most feared assassin techniques as once the target's throat has been slashed the victim only has a few seconds left before death.

| Your costs seem alright, but a lot of them are minimum. Personally I don't think it's too bad, but Enma might have a problem with it. Also you have one SMP and one skill slot open so you can add one more ability. Also your JP is at 445 by my calculations so you're a bit over. | |
