Appearance: Fairly long hair but always held back, a mask that covers his face, unlike Kakashi he does show his face from time to time, however he keeps it covered for personal reasons (Explained below) He has a katana, one he is still trying to master (This is optional if it is against the rules to start out with one) and for the most part wheres the normal required Chunin armor

Personality: Reserved and to himself most of the time, Ryouken is a fairly nervouse ninja, while no one would know it under his mask, and bad butt appeal, he is highly germaphobic, he wears a mask not to look cool, but rather because he is afraid of the germs and bacteria in the air. He always brings his own personal food on missions, and refuses to touch people without protection (no skin on skin contact ever) He has been training in Medical Ninjutsu for some time in order to better enable himself to keep away from the germs and bacteria, this has proven helpful in battle.
While he may seem a little strange Ryouken is very intelligent, like most Nara before him he is naturally gifted at most things that he tries. He however is often made fun of for his girlish voice, attitude, and even walk. Even more annoying is that he takes after the women in the nara gene, while the men are lazy and apathetic, the women are active and helpfull.
Taking a mix of both makes Ryouken, needless to say, a slight outcast among the males in his clan, but fairly popular among the females.

Character's History: Ryouken is not all that different from a normal child, he has Two parents, younger and older brothers and sisters, friends, and overall is not your typical overly dramatized kid. While he has always had his issues he is not by any means a main character.
Ryouken was born slightly different from his siblings, he was born prematurley, His mother was on a mission and was hit with a powerfull jutsu that sent her into labor (At the worst possible time).
Born nearly 2 months early the doctors thought he would never survive, however with sheer faith, or luck, Ryouken lived, but he always seemed different, he was a boy, but acted very feminine, while the boys would go play ninja, he would stay and help his mother cook, play dolls with his sisters, and even patch up his siblings when they were hurt (All typical jobs the nara usually assign to a women) This made him the outcast of the boys, but the joy of the girls, who frankly couldnt get enough of him.
At times Ryouken would question his sexuality, i mean it was obvious he was a boy (There are very specific ways you can tell) but still his actions and attitude made him highly confused.

When the academy began accepting applicants for the genin exam, Ryouken signed up, leaving his passion (A dream of becoming a nurse and raising a large family) behind, and starting a socially acceptable life as a ninja, and he was a damn good one at that. he passed each part of the test with flying colors, he was a natural. However Ryouken left determined to quit, when he got home he was embraced by his father and the words "im so proud of you"

Since then Ryouken has trained to become the best ninja he can, he has to make his father proud, make his brothers respect him, and learn more about himself...

This until the chunin exams

Ryouken had trained for months in order to best the chunin exams, when it came to the forrest of death he was reknown for his healing ability, his kindness to all were known, This was the first exam where no one would die in the forest.

This impressed the Hokage, however not his father whom again was disapointed in his efforts to be less manly (As rather than killing them, he aided them)
His father kicked him out of his house leaving him to fend for himself.

Now ryo lives on his own as a chunin of Leaf, no one to call his friend.


Nindo: Family and friends first, desires last
Goal: Ryouken has the urge to be less ackward around men, the only reason he is a ninja, and not a nurse is that he wants to be accepted by his own gender, he has no aspiration to be Hokage, or for that matter even Jonin, he only wants to gain respect from his fellow man.
